These Terms of Service govern your use of the TechBridge Services Ltd website and the engagement of our technology services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
TechBridge Services Ltd provides technology services including custom software development, school and business management systems, network engineering, CCTV and security systems, VPS hosting, professional email setup, IT support, and IoT solutions.
All service engagements are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal accepted by both parties prior to commencement of work.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
- Reproduce or distribute website content without written permission
3. Project Engagements
All technology projects undertaken by TechBridge Services Ltd are subject to:
- A written project proposal or agreement signed by both parties

- Client cooperation in providing timely feedback, access, and approvals
- Payment of agreed fees according to the schedule in the project agreement
TechBridge reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if agreed payment terms are not met.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of project fees, clients receive ownership of the custom work product developed specifically for them. TechBridge retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivery.
All website content, branding, and materials belonging to TechBridge Services Ltd remain our exclusive property.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechBridge Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client project information, business data, and technical details as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
7. Support and Maintenance
Post-delivery support is provided according to the terms specified in each project agreement. General support, maintenance, and updates beyond the agreed scope are subject to separate service agreements.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with Rwandan law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
